Genmega Factory Training Programs

Genmega is now offering product training courses for all Genmega products.

Taught either at our facility in Hayward, California or by appointment at your company location, we are offering both an Entry Level ATM (1-day) and an Advanced ATM (3-day) course.

Learn to get the most out of your Genmega ATMs and save money by having to hire third-party service personal to repair your equipment. Gain access to all new troubleshooting tools and software.

Entry Level ATM Training This is an ATM-101 type course, where installation, programming, basic troubleshooting and component replacement are covered. 1-Day $250 / Student Order Now
Advanced ATM Training This course focuses on advanced troubleshooting, component diagnosis and repair. Along with software / firmware updating. 3-Day $1000 / Student Order Now
Off-Site Training This is our Advanced ATM Training course taught at your facility, fee does not include travel expenses which must be arranged and paid in advance. 3-Day $5000 Flat Fee Unlimited Size Order Now

Course schedules are flexible and we encourage you to plan your travel in advance.

How to get started

Existing Genmega customers

Simply log into the website and purchase the training from the Parts Store or contact our customer support team and schedule your program.

New Genmega customers

If you wish to become a Genmega distributor and purchase ATMs or parts directly, please begin by contacting our Sales department. An account will be required if you wish to purchase parts or do any warranty work directly with Genmega.

If you are only looking to attend a Training Class, you should contact our Service department for help scheduling an appointment.

Please note that course attendance by itself does not provide a Genmega account or access to special pricing. If you have any questions about this, please talk to our Sales or Service department.
